The middle one is Anssi who is our project coordinator, he is extremely nice and helpful but work too hard, he is always the last person leaving office.
Nokia Finnish people are generally friendly, they are very polite, always say "Good Job! Excellent!". Though not sure if it is true.
There is only one guy, an external consultant, who was impolite to us. He suddenly called a meeting at 8am in week 1 saying he need to brief us on some part of the project before his holiday. We were really confused because we couldn't figure out why Nokia appoint an external consultant just to brief us. So, I asked him what's his deliverable to Nokia. He replied he need to ensure we know how to do the project and have it done properly. I think it is BS, he tried to exploit us and treat us kids. I decided if he continues to instruct us doing this and doing that, I will reply him saying "I don't even have the time to ignore you." We think it is quite cool............
