Farewell Dinner in 布袋澳

It's my first time go to Clearwater Bay 布袋澳 for seafood, fantastic food with nice church friends. Followed by my favourite Sai Kung Moon Kei desert. I love going there because of the zag zig road where I practised driving there two years ago.

Merger

It's an honour to be involved in MTRC & KCRC merger transaction before resignation. Though the progress was a nightmare, with high time pressure and encountered technical difficulties, it is nothing when looking back. See the final product and my messy office area.

Kind people

Lu is a kind gentleman. He bought me a good looking hard disk for back up purpose and downloaded many songs there, though I'm not sure if I would have much leisure time for music. Camie is also nice, we bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses after work, looks cool. Audit machine boss is also good, he invited me for a farewell lunch, I feel delighted on that.

However, I am irritated by my fellow colleague because he has stolen my drawer keys, cable and laptop baggage etc. He is so immature and stupid. Anyway, I need to learn being untroubled and count more on nice things.

10th Anniversary

Mal reminded me that 1 Sept is my 10th anniversary in KPMG. Time flies quickly, sounds weird to stay in the same firm for such a long period. You can say I have loyalty but you can also say it is not challenging enough. Depends on how you interpret it.

Share with you my two friends, Caleb and Joshua, with Macaulay Culkin (Home Alone).

IT stuff

It is my first time upload picture to Sony imagestation to share with friends. I was too reliant on my colleagues in the past few years, confident that my IT skills will improve a lot after one year.

SBS career team has already invited us to upload CV by 14 Sept for first round recruitment re financing and iBank. I can't download and register successfully, need to hurry up and fix it tomorrow. Definitely won't miss the recruitment game after paying huge amount of tuition fee.

Chasing Daylight

A popular book written by Eugene O'Kelly, CE of KPMG US, a few months before he passed away. I love this book far more than Mitch Albom's "Tuesdays with Morrie" because the author and I come from the same firm which gives me a sense of belonging. His mission statement is to "Seize the Day" in which I'm practising in particular I have only three more weeks ......... in HK.

I am scheduling many farewell meal, though I am putting on weighs, I enjoy them because we are creating precious moments, just what Eugene advise the readers to do.

Evan Almighty

A meaningful movie to me. I feel God's BIG LOVE through this movie, though human beings are not obedient, God always wait for us to repent and plan the best way to us. Ask and you would receive. When you ask for courage, He may not give you courage directly but give you the situation to demonstrate or build it. I am busy on playing my new PC and preparing for the trip, thus, spent less time on praying and reading bible. I must add oil on this from now on.
When we try to use our wisdom to predict God's work (flood by raining instead of the broken dam), something might happen out of our expectation. Just like me, initially I planned to find a new job, it turns out that I understand more about my interest and goal through job searching and finally decided to study aboard.

Noah to build an ARK is a very difficult task. For us, we can "Act Random Kindness", everyone do a little something can make the world change. Refer to Bible Genesis 6:14 for details.
